		<description>Co se tyce hypotek tak nevetsi prekazka v cz je hotovost.. pokud ma clovek nejakej prijem tj aspon 20tis+ cisteho tak mu ty penize na to daji, jenze v CZ neni 100proc hyposka 100proc, 1 zasek.. clovek chce stavet barak a vidi to vetsinou jako laik jednolite, ale banky obvykle si zvlast oceni pozemek a zvlast barak, prestoze to clovek treba kupuje od jednoho developera na klic. Je celkem logicke  ze v souctu nedojdou k ohodnoceni rovnajici se 100proc, ale treba 75proc a zbytek je treba dofinancovat jinak. U bytu je to lepsi, tam pri trose stesti lze ziskat 100proc na byt, ale beztak vetsinou clovek musi slozit rezervacni zalohu developerovi. </description>
