If they did, they’d be the Web’s most popular shoe store. Sure, people have done parts of what we do before, but what we’ve learned over the years at Zappos is that the devil is in the details. And that’s where we’re breaking new ground.

Tuhle vetu naprosto miluji. Je to pocit, kteremu se asi nevyhne zadny podnikatel, ktery ridi uspesnou a rostouci firmu. Samozrejme navenek chceme vsichni davat pocit, ze vsemu naprosto rozumime a vse je pod kontrolou. Ale v rostoucich firmach to tak neni. Dochazi ke spouste zmen a rozhodnuti, ktere se delaji velmi rychle. Jinak to ani nejde.
Jedine dulezite je ten celkovy uspech. Na nicem jinem nezalezi.
