Tak jsem si cetl na diskuznich forech importeru z Ciny jak resit problemy, kdyz cinsky vyrobce treba posle nekvalitni zbozi nebo je nejaky jiny problem. Sam jsem to zazil s mymi koly, ze nektera kola maji uplne jinaci barvy nez jsem objednaval:-) Premyslim nad tim jak to ochranit pro pristi dodavky.

Sorry to hear that, but thats another COMMON practice among chinese manufacturers. When you complain too much, they simply ignore you, so what you should do is try to be friendly so they will finally send you the products, but i doubt they will do it.
