Krabice totiz prestali vykupovat ve vykupnach. Takze mexicani uz nejezdi a nesbiraji je.

Ve vykupnach je prestali kupovat, protoze krabice prestali nakupovat cinani.

V pristavu Los Angeles se hromadi krabice, ktere se drive exportovali do Ciny. Cinani z krabice recyklovali a delali z nich nove krabice.

Jenze cinani uz krabice nepotrebuji, protoze klesly prodeje. Uz se nevyvazi tolik zbozi, takze nepotrebuji tolik krabic. Takze nechteji kupovat stare krabice.

Podobne v pristavu stoji tisice novych aut (Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Toyota). Drive to tak nabylo. Privezli se nova auta do USA a okamzite se rozvezli dealerum. Jenze dealeri nemaji prostor na nova auta, protoze auta se neprodavaji. Takze si automobilky musi pronajimat prostory v pristavu a tam auta skladovat. Jedete kolem pristavu a vidite obrovska parkoviste plna novych aut.

V noci se nekdo pokousel nabourat do mych uctu. Zacali mne chodit emaily, ze nekdo klikl na link zapomenute heslo.

Rano me vola hosting firma, ze se nekdo vydava za me. Chtel zmenit presmerovani emailu, dostat se na ruzne moje ucty, apod. Nejdrive si mysleli, ze to jsem ja. Pak prisli na to, ze ne. Dokonce poslal kopii pasu, jako dukaz, ze skutecne je John Vanhara.

V emailech vidite strategii co takovi podvodnici delaji. Porad pisou dokola to stejne a doufaji, ze jim nekdo vyhovi. Rozciluji se, nadavaji..

Ten email [email protected] je ten podvodnik. Fotka na pasu taky nejsem ja.

Dneska remeslnici dodelavaji poslednich par detailu na novych kancelarich v Memphisu. Je to posledni cast budovy, kterou jsem chtel nejak zrenovovat. Byla to cast, ktera byla neobyvatelna. Udelal jsem si navrh kolik kancelari tam chci (hodne a mensich, protoze o ty je nejvetsi zajem).

Ofiplex je pro me experiment ve kterem jsem si chtel vyzkouset:

  • Investovat do nemovitosti v jinem meste a na dalku. (neni to jednoduche, ale jde to):-)
  • Zkusit rozjet executive suites/virtual offices. Tzn. male privatni kancelare nebo spolecne kancelare. Proste kancelare za malo penez pro zacinajici firmy.
  • Investovat v miste, kde jsou levne nemovitosti. V USA jsou hodne velke rozdily v cenach. To co jsem koupil v Memphisu by me stalo desetinasobek v Kalifornii nebo v Las Vegas. Takze proc nejit tam kde je dobra prilezitost. A zkusit jsem si to nekde musel.

Jeste nedavno to tam vypadalo takto.

Tyhle veci bych si ani nedovedl predstavit, ze muzou fungovat. Napr. delat takoveto projekty na dalku. Kdybyste se me zeptali pred par lety tak bych byl asi skeptik. Ale vsechno jde zaridit tak jak si to clovek chce zaridit. Neni to jednoduche. To vubec ne. Ale jde to.

Nechci nekoho kdo zacina uvest do deprese. Ale neda mi to uvest tento uryvek z rozhovoru s Malcolm Gladwell na WSJ. Tyka se to nove knihy analyzujici pribehy uspesnych lidi a co je privedlo k uspechu. Jednoduse receno to je kombinace tvrde prace a prilezitosti… Ale k te praci.

Kazdy den sveho zivota se pripravujete na den, kdy budete velmi uspesni. Muzete svuj zivot promarnit nebo se skutecne pripravovat. Kazda prilezitost trenovat a ziskavat zkusenosti by mela byt vitana. Kazdy problem, ktery resite je dalsi zkusenost.

Zacnete novy business a bude to trvat tri roky nez ho poradne rozjedete. Pak mozna zjistite, ze to neni uplne ono podle vasich predstav. Treba se to vubec nepodari rozjet. Nebo se zmeni podminky a firma zavre dvere. Udelate dalsi business. Ziskate dalsi zkusenosti. A pak treba u tretiho podnikani zazijete velky uspech. Pointa je v tom, ze dostat se k dokonalosti trva hodne casu a chce to hodne zkusenosti. A ty trva nasbirat dlouhou dobu.

A jak se pozna, ze jste ty roky nepromarnili a ze jste skutecne pripraveny na uspech? Najednou poznate, ze vsechno jde strasne snadno. Na vase okoli take budete pusobit jako, ze vam to jde taky velmi snadno. Neco jako kdyz se podivate na profesionalni hrace nejakeho sportu a mate pocit, ze nejsou ani zadychani, elegantne se pohybuji a pritom podavaji super vykon. Stejne tak to funguje i v podnikani.

Trosicku pomaham jednomu cloveku rozjet novy startup. Nedavno jsem posilal jednomu financne zasvecenemu cloveku email a zminil jsem soucasnou ekonomickou krizi a jake to je ted obtizne pro firmy, ktere chteji ziskat penize od investoru. Prisla mi tato odpoved:

Takovato odpoved mne vzdycky dokaze nejak znovu otevrit ocit co se vlastne okolo me deje. Clovek zije v okoli, ktere je ovlivneno pesimistickymi zpravami medii. A pritom si neuvedomuje, ze spousta lidi ma naprosto rozdilne problemy. Nekdo ma problem ziskat finance. Jini lide maji problem najit investice pro sve penize. Vsichni chteji vydelat. Sedet na hromade hotovosti neni uplne nejlepsi. Firmy co maji penize investovat musi. Jen to ceka na to spravne spojeni. Dobry napad finance ziska. V tom je ten klic.
